Rent our unique and cozy Kayak Cabin right by the sea a little north of Smögen!

Walking and bicycle distance to both Smögen and Kungshamn. Possibility to rent kayaks and SUP. Maybe you book a guided tour or beginner's course in kayaking while you're there?

First floor: Entrance, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove with oven, bathroom with wc & shower cabin, laundry room with washing machine & storage, living room with sofa and TV, dining room table, workplace & bed sofa 160cm

Upper floor: Room 1: 1 double bed (180cm). Room 2: 2 single beds (80cm) and a sofa bed (140cm). ATTENTION! Steep stairs to upper floor.

(Total 4 + 4 beds distributed on different levels and rooms)

Porches on front & back with morning- & evening sun

Payment

  • To confirm the booking, pay SEK 1000 as a deposit - if the booking is closer than 14 days to arrival, pay everything at once
  • If deposit paid: Pay the remaining amount no later than 14 days before arrival

Price list

  • High season: week 28 – week 32: Up to 3 days: SEK 4000 (1-2 nights) + SEK 1000/day after that. Full week: SEK 8,500.
  • August special: v. 33-35: Up to 3 days: SEK 3200 (1-2 nights) + SEK 800/day after that
  • Other weeks: Up to 3 days: SEK 2000 (2 nights) + SEK 500/day after that - If you want to book only 1 night, contact us and we will help you!

Note! Special price for these dates:

  • Midsommarveckan v. 25: 3000kr/natt – minimum 2 nätter
  • Kalle Cup (Thursday 27 June -Sunday 30 June): SEK 7,000 + SEK 1,000/day if the stay is extended
  • Amaze Festival (Fri 26 July -Sun 28 July): SEK 8,000 + SEK 1,000/day if the stay is extended

In the close area:

  • Playground with swings and slide & large grassy area for play & soccer: approx. 200m (crosses a road, pedestrian crossing available)
  • Tumlaren Bad & Rehab center with indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, gym, outdoor gym, MTB rental & group training: approx. 100m
  • Jetty with bathing ladder & crab fishing: outside the cottage approx. 10m
  • Beach for the smaller children called "Last" between the boathouses: approx. 100m
  • Cliff bath called "Hammarudden": 500m (cozy road between boathouses and foot & cycle path)
  • Nearest town with i.a. grocery store is Kungshamn: approx. 2km (foot & cycle path available)
  • Exercise tracks & hiking trails: approx. 1km (various lengths, there are many to choose from see "Soteleden" & "Kuststigen")
  • Bus stop: approx. 100m

Outside the cabin is our kayak center with kayaks and SUPs. Some noise may occur when equipment is picked up and dropped off.
